Tamil Medium Education in 10th, 12th, and Degree highs the chance of acquiring government jobs:
According to the newly revised law in the assembly read by Minister D. Jayakumar, it is clear that students who studied 10th, 12th and degree entirely in Tamil will get 20% reservation in the confirmation of Government jobs in Tamilnadu.
The old law also suggests the same, but there is no advantage prior to the job reservation. Now, the Tamil Nadu government ensures and takes Tamil medium education to the next level in the homeland with its revised version. Though the students have to apply and clear TNPSC Group exams for acquiring the governmental job, the revised notice highs the chance of getting the job with 20% job confirmation in order to encourage the Tamil medium learners.
Questions raise solidly and infinitely about the job opportunities of English medium folks. For the formers and newer, the government welcomes to clear the TNPSC examination through which the posting will be done based on rankings.
To be specific, only the 20% reservation is banned for non-solid Tamil medium learners. The revised law will come into force very soon in May month after the approval of Tamil Nadu Governor. Meanwhile, sources believe that the chances of students learning in the Tamil medium will rise in the upcoming days due to the new amendments claimed by Jayakumar in the assembly.
However, the revision is to clear the negligence prevailing among the Tamil medium education learners and to act as a driving force for the followers of Tamil language fully without collapsing their education system.
Meanwhile, the law suggests the second-degree holders apply for reservation only if the former PG is also Tamil based. Unless the above, he/she will not be taken into consideration in reservation quota and will be sectioned as an English medium.
