Dinesh Ravi's first action entertainer Ulkuthu is ready to hit theatres this Friday on Dec 29th. Directed by new comer Caarthick Raju the movie has Nandita Swetha pairing with Dinesh. 'Oru Naal Koothu' romantic hero Dinesh plays a boy who works in the fish market while Nandita Swetha works in a local textile shop.
Bala Saravanan, John Vijay, Chaya Singh, Sharath Lohitashwa and Dhilip Subbarayan are essaying crucial roles in it. Kabali editor Praveen KL worked on this movie cuts while PK Varma handled camera. Kenanya Films had produced it and Justin Prabhakaran tuned music.
The movie talks about the issues around Kanthuvatti (exorbitant interest rates from money lender) and struggles of Fishermen. The movie was screened to critics in special show and their reviews were expected by the team. Here are some critics' reviews.
